The Future of the Built Environment - Energy

The second session focuses on Energy. During this session, we will hear from the Future Energy Systems Institute about technology for Energy Commons. Prominent opportunities for SMEs are shared by The Green Village and Delft University of Technology who are facing challenges in building a future-proof campus and built environment. To stimulate an outward-looking approach to innovation, Smart Otaniemi and the City of Espoo from Finland are invited to share their challenges and approaches to innovation with us. During this event you will also hear from the City of Rotterdam on how to finance energy innovations by using their subsidy scheme.
