“How to prevent overheating in dwellings” By Pieter Nuiten – Stichting W/E adviseurs duurzaam bouwen

10 February 2021 @ 16:00 - 17:00

Abstract
Changing climate and changing building standards will lead to excessive overheating in new dwellings. The Dutch building code (Bouwbesluit) now has explicit requirements to prevent this from happening. Pieter Nuiten will explain the motivations for this requirement, the implementation in the building code, and will give practical examples and solutions how to adapt the design of new dwellings.
